From guerrilla gardeners to energy-saving experts, join us to hear updates from passionate sustainability professionals operating in the Waterloo area and find out how you can take climate action today.
Join us for a FREE Lettering by Hand Workshop at Greensmiths! This informal workshop is designed to encourage participants to explore something new, without the pressure of creating a perfectly polished piece. This is a perfect after-work activity, offering an enjoyable way to meet new people while learning a new artistic skill. Participants will also be treated to a complimentary drink and light refreshments from the venue host our local independent grocery and bar/café – Greensmiths on Lower Marsh SE1.
NHS First Aid (life-saving) Training Course
This NHS First Aid Training Course course will teach you essential skills that can help save lives. Whether you’re a parent, a caregiver, or just want to be better prepared for emergencies, this training will give you the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in critical situations. The session begins at 13:00 and will last 3.5 hours (2.5 hours if LLS) with availability for 7 candidates on a first come first served basis. Don’t miss this chance to become a lifesaver. In celebration of Black History Month this social games night is all about Black owned games. Draughts Waterloo are bringing more games than you’ve ever heard of but they’re all by Black creators. This will be a fun after work games night!

Our Foodbank Donation initiative is a vital part of our mission to connect and represent the Waterloo community. We collect non-perishable food items, hygiene products, and other essential supplies from generous local businesses. These donations are then delivered directly to the Waterloo Foodbank, where they are distributed to individuals and families in need. Donations are
