We are excited to share some upcoming staff changes with you, including some new faces you can expect to see around the BID area.
At the end of August, we will bid a temporary farewell to our Chief Exec, Natalie Raben, as she prepares for an exciting personal milestone. Natalie is expecting her second daughter in early September, and we couldn’t be happier for her – listen to her ‘Views from the ‘Loo’ episode here.
During Natalie’s absence, we are fortunate to have a skilled and dedicated team ready to step up and guide WeAreWaterloo through this transition. Our Head of Marketing and Strategy, Harrie Notton, and Head of Public Realm, Alex Butt, will join forces as Acting Co-CEOs. Together, this well-known dynamic duo will oversee the day-to-day executive management of the BID. If you have any questions or would like to set up a meeting with them, please don’t hesitate to contact them via email.
Charlie Moir, our dedicated Project Manager, embarks on a new journey in September. We’d like to thank him for his contribution to the BID, not least overseeing our innovative Redesign grant scheme, and while he will be missed, we wish him every success in his future.
The growth of WeAreWaterloo is not limited to leadership roles. We are excited to introduce several new members to our team, each bringing unique skills and perspectives.
