Here’s your reminder that this year, WeAreWaterloo is teaming up with our wonderful neighbours at South Bank BID for our annual ‘Together at Christmas‘ campaign. It’s a special initiative that brings the community together to make the holiday season brighter for those in need.

Here’s how your business can get involved:

Donations:

We’re calling on local businesses to contribute gifts that will be distributed to a range of brilliant local charities, including Oasis Waterloo, Waterloo Action Centre, and the Drive Forward Foundation. These gifts can include chocolates, biscuit tins, toiletries, warm clothes, and more.

To make a donation, simply sign up using the link below, and our cargo bikes will collect your gifts on Tuesday, December 12th. If this date doesn’t work for you, gifts can also be dropped off at one of our community wrapping days on December 13th and 14th at the Waterloo Action Centre. If you have any questions about the wrapping days, please reach out to Zan.

Wrapping Days:

Once we’ve received these generous donations, we are inviting members of the community to join us at the Waterloo Action Centre on Tuesday 13 December, and Wednesday 14 December, to wrap these gifts. Everyone is welcome, so bring your holiday spirit, and let’s come together to make a difference. Sing Christmas songs, savour mince pies, and lend a helping hand to those in need during this festive season.

Reserve your space at the Wrapping Day here.

Thank you for considering joining our ‘Together at Christmas’ campaign. We look forward to sharing the holiday spirit with you and the community.
