WeAreWaterloo is entering a new chapter as we bid farewell to two esteemed colleagues and welcome a new CEO to our team. After her maternity leave, Natalie Raben has decided to step down from her position as CEO and remain in Spain with her family. Natalie’s dedication and vision have shaped our BID in countless ways, and while she will be deeply missed, we wish her all the best in this new journey.
We also say goodbye to Alex Butt, Acting Co-CEO in Natalie’s absence and Head of Public Realm. Alex’s impact on our community spaces and public initiatives has been invaluable, and we’re immensely grateful for his hard work and passion. During this transition, we’re pleased to welcome Carole Powell as our interim Head of Public Realm.
Amid these changes, we’re delighted to introduce Kate Poulter as our new CEO. Kate has a rich background in placemaking and destination marketing, and is excited to lead WeAreWaterloo forward with a strong commitment to our community.
Please join us in thanking Natalie and Alex for their tremendous contributions, and in warmly welcoming Kate to the team!
