WeAreWaterloo is hiring! We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Head of Public Realm to lead our innovative placemaking projects and ensure that Waterloo remains a vibrant and sustainable community for businesses, residents, and visitors.

As Head of Public Realm, you’ll take forward WeAreWaterloo’s placemaking strategy and oversee key projects that enhance the area’s urban environment, working closely with local authorities, businesses, and community stakeholders. From leading sustainability initiatives to ensuring our streets and spaces are clean, green, and welcoming, this role will see you working across a broad portfolio of projects with a small, passionate and committed team.

If you have experience delivering public realm programmes with diverse stakeholder sets, and the drive to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
