Are you a local business in the Waterloo area? We need your insight!

Lambeth Council, in collaboration with WeAreWaterloo, is conducting a Delivery and Servicing Study to better engage with and understand local businesses, support positive changes in the Waterloo area, and guide the development of new strategies and proposals for local streets. To make this vision a reality, the council has teamed up with the esteemed transport consultant, Steer.

Throughout September and October 2023, researchers will invite you to complete a digital survey about the existing and future delivery of servicing fleets and activities. The data collected will be analysed to gain a better understanding of:

  • local business requirements and aspirations for their deliveries and collections;
  • the number of delivery and servicing vehicular movements actually occurring ‘on the ground’; and
  • area-wide trends and trends per land use/business type, including Lower Marsh Market.

By participating, you’re directly influencing the development of strategies aimed at achieving zero direct emissions from deliveries and servicing by 2030, creating a cleaner and healthier local environment for everyone. Read more about this research project in this leaflet.
