We are thrilled to announce that WeAreWaterloo is once again partnering with our wonderful neighbours at South Bank BID for our annual Together at Christmas campaign! We’re calling on businesses across Waterloo and South Bank to join us in spreading festive cheer by donating, wrapping, and distributing gifts to a range of incredible local charities.
With the ongoing cost of living crisis pushing even more families into hardship, this year’s campaign is more essential than ever. Here’s how your business can get involved:
Donations:
We are seeking donations from local businesses to bring joy to families supported by charities like Oasis Waterloo, Waterloo Action Centre, and the Drive Forward Foundation. Ideal items include chocolates, biscuit tins, toiletries, and warm clothing. You can find the full list of items here.
Simply sign up using the link below, and we’ll arrange for our cargo bikes to collect donations on Tuesday 10 December. If this date doesn’t suit, you can also drop off your gifts at our community wrapping days on Wednesday 11 December or Thursday 12 December at the Waterloo Action Centre. For any questions about the wrapping days, please email: zan@wearewaterloo.co.uk.
If your business would like to contribute, please complete this form.
Wrapping Days:
Once donations are gathered, we invite the community to join us for wrapping sessions at Waterloo Action Centre on Wednesday 11 December and Thursday 12 December from 10:00 am. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun (the more, the merrier!) as we wrap gifts, sing Christmas songs, enjoy mince pies, and share the festive spirit to support those in need.
Reserve your spot at the wrapping days here.
Let’s make this Christmas extra special together!
