Lambeth Council is conducting a Delivery and Servicing Study to better engage with and understand local businesses, support changes in the Waterloo area and guide the development of new strategies and proposals for local streets. Steer is the appointed transport consultant involved in the study, and has conducted short questionnaire surveys throughout October with many local businesses to find out general information on their deliveries and servicing activity. If you have not yet had the chance to complete the survey (either in-person with Steer staff, or via the Survey Monkey link), we kindly request that you complete the survey by Fri 3rd Nov to maximise the sample size. Please complete the survey found here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/waterloodeliveries
The findings will be influential in shaping the Council’s and BID’s future strategies, contributing to the goal of achieving zero direct emissions from deliveries and servicing by 2030, and improving the local public realm and localised air quality for all local users. Your participation in this survey would be greatly appreciated – please email Frankie, our Operations Manager, if you have any queries about the study.
