Businesses in both Lambeth and Southwark should be aware of recent changes to the pavement license application process. Key updates include:
Increased Fees: Applications now cost £350 for renewals and £500 for new applications (up from £100).
Longer Processing Times: Processing now takes 28 days, including a 14-day public consultation.
Licence Duration: Licences run from approval until the following September.
