Supperclub Collaboration Kachori x Paladar

Supperclub collaborations don’t come much better than this: Critically acclaimed modern Indian restaurant Kachori located at the stylish new Elephant Park development joins forces with London Road’s well-loved creative Latin American restaurant, Paladar, for a memorable culinary journey on Monday 4th March.

Hosted by Kachori, Executive Chef Brinder Narula (formerly Head Chef of Gymkhana) and Head Chef Manpreet Ahuja are partnering with Paladar’s talented Head Chef Jose Rubio-Guevara and Sous Chef John Benavides to prepare a vibrant and captivating five-course menu featuring an array of Indian and Latin American dishes. Vegetarian options and wine pairings for the menu will also be available.

Amongst the Starters, highlights from Jose and John include Sea Bass Tiradito, Chontaduro and Aji Amarillo Tiger’s Milk, Chulpi Corn; whilst an unmissable Main will feature Grilled Chicken Skewers, Mole Poblano, Pickled Red Onion, Cassava Toston.

From Brinder and Manpreet, the Indian offerings in the same categories include Okra Muffin, Do Piaza Masala; with Fallow Deer Seekh Kebab Stuffed with Stilton Cheese, Damson Plum and Fennel Chutney to follow respectively. Sides will include Garlic and Chilli Nan along with Dal Makhni.

“We love dining at Paladar and Jose’s flavoursome and strikingly presented food with its Colombian, Peruvian, Mexican and Japanese influences,” say Brinder and Manpreet”. For our joint Supperclub he’s come up with fantastic dishes which guests will absolutely love. From our side, we have put our own spin on our dishes with a harmonious synthesis of innovative and traditional Indian items for each course to complement Jose’ selection. The result of this cross-cultural culinary teamwork presents guests with a unique and delectable dining experience, which they will enjoy very much.”

“In October last year, Brinder and Manpreet held our first and very successful Supperclub, From South India with Love. On this occasion, we thought why not give the event a twist and team up with another wonderful restaurant in the area and who better than Paladar as we’ve all enjoyed the food there so much with its exciting flavours and diverting presentation.”
