“The House of Yes” at Network Theatre

London’s best-kept secret theatre, Network Theatre, is set to unveil a gripping production of “The House of Yes” this spring.
Tucked away beneath Waterloo station, this hidden gem continues to surprise and delight audiences with its bold programming. The upcoming production of “The House of Yes“, running from 26th to 29th March, promises to be a dark and twisted tale that explores the secrets of the Pascal family on a stormy Thanksgiving night in 1983.

Described as a ‘suburban Jacobean play’ The House of Yes explores madness, secrecy, and the unreliability of appearances echoing the preoccupations of Jacobean dramatists, as well as delving into themes of incest, obsession, and family dysfunction.

Suki Rees delivers a riveting performance as the tragically chaotic Jackie-O, while Susan Small embodies the aloof matriarch Mrs. Pascal with chilling precision. Stephen Lee portrays the conflicted Marty, torn between his past and future, while Miles Searle adds a touch of awkward creepiness as the younger brother Anthony. Pia Marr rounds out the ensemble as Lesly, the unwitting catalyst for the family’s implosion.

Network Theatre continues to push boundaries and offer thought-provoking productions, “The House of Yes” is another example of the venue’s commitment to challenging theatre. This production is not to be missed by those who appreciate drama that delves into the darker corners of the human psyche.
