Our Security Patrol is now five days a week

Waterloo’s security patrol, provided by FGH Security, has expanded to five days a week and it’s down to you.

Following direct feedback from businesses across the BID area, the team will now be out on Waterloo’s streets more than ever. They carry out 150+ in-person visits to local businesses every week, sharing crime and security updates, connecting you to our security communication platforms, and keeping you informed of local trends. They’re a friendly, familiar presence and if you haven’t met them yet, you will soon.

This is part of our ongoing commitment to delivering on what you asked for when you voted yes for 2026-31. Safe and welcoming streets were at the top of the list, and this is us making that happen.

The patrol can be reached on 07625 173061 during the following hours:

– Tue & Wed: 9-5pm
– Thurs & Fri: 12- 8pm
– Sat: 2-10pm

In an emergency, always call 999.
