Introducing Drive Forward Foundation: A Local Grassroots Charity Empowering Care-Experienced Young People from #CareToCareer
‘At Drive Forward Foundation, we’re on a mission to transform the futures of care-experienced young people in London. Since 2010, we’ve helped over 4,000 individuals aged 16–26 build meaningful careers through sustainable employment, education and training.
We understand that care-experienced young people face unique challenges. That’s why we offer personalised 1-2-1 support, intensive employability training, professional mentoring and a bespoke counselling service – all tailored to help them gain the skills, confidence and resilience needed to thrive.
Driving Change, One Career at a Time
Through strong partnerships with a network of employers, we create exclusive work placements, training programmes and job opportunities. Together, we’re breaking down barriers, driving social mobility and building more inclusive workplaces where care-experienced young people can flourish.
