The Old Vic are hosting a very special Open Day to celebrate Backstage and showcase everything it has to offer.

You’ll have the chance to explore the building, discover more about our work and take part in taster sessions led by creative professionals. From storytelling with surprise guests, expert-led choir and dance workshops, to an opportunity to learn more about careers in theatre with industry professionals, there’s a wide range of events to enjoy. You can also sit and soak up the atmosphere while sampling the menu in our cafe.

All activities are free with some requiring advance booking. There will also be a waiting list on the day.  In advance of the Open Day, we will send you more information about how to get to Backstage. Children under 14 should be accompanied by an adult.
