Dosas are rarely available in British curry houses, and in London, quality dosas are only on the menu in a handful of restaurants. With Dosa Days I am aiming to provide an authentic Anglo-Indian street food experience – superb dosas made from expertly fermented tangy batter, served with rich and flavoursome curry, chutney and dal.
As dosas are naturally vegan and gluten free, they offer a delicious option without any compromise on flavour or textur​e.
