Net Zero Programme Lead: Pioneering Change in Waterloo and South Bank

Picture yourself at the helm of a ground breaking initiative that aims to achieve net zero carbon dioxide emissions by 2030. This is not just a job – it’s a chance to lead and champion the transformation of Waterloo and South Bank into a fairer, greener, and more sustainable neighbourhood.

Waterloo and South Bank have united to create a shared vision of a net zero carbon future. With the backing of the Mayor of London and the Greater London Authority, this ambitious initiative is set to revolutionize the way we think about sustainable living. WeAreWaterloo and SBEG + partners are calling on a visionary Net Zero Programme Lead to make this strategy a reality.

As the Net Zero Programme Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind a range of projects that span our vibrant community. Collaborate with diverse partners, including businesses, employers, councils, and community organizations, to turn our net zero strategy into action. From retrofitting buildings to creating green spaces and improving air quality, your impact will be tangible and transformative.

SBEG + partners are seeking an experienced candidate for a role aligned with their net zero strategy, with proven multi-agency collaboration and procurement skills. Your budget management skills should be exceptional, and your advocacy and influencing abilities thriving in dynamic environments. If you share their passion, values and ambition, SBEG + partners would love to hear from you!
