This is your chance to hear Lewis Bush discuss his new project and book, 'Depravity’s Rainbow'.
Join photographer and writer Lewis Bush in conversation, as he explores the contradictory history of space exploration through the controversial life of Wernher von Braun, a German-American rocket scientist instrumental in putting men on the moon, but also a former member of the Nazi party who developed the V-2 Rocket, responsible for thousands of civilian deaths.
Through the medium of cyanotype photography, Lewis Bush will take you on a journey through the history of space exploration and the life of von Braun, and look at how peaceful civilian science can cloak militaristic and expansionist aims.
6:30pm – 8:30pm
