Waterloo Summer School: Introduction to Tai Chi
Leave the worries and stresses of everyday life at the door and enter the worlds of serenity and quiet self-awareness.

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that can prevent or ease many ills caused by increasingly busy lives. It can help enhance your general well-being, and improve your posture, balance and flexibility. Join this short taster session to explore the Tai Chi principles of movement and understand how you can make big changes to your well-being by making small adjustments to the way you move.
