Paladar is an exciting new experiential restaurant, wine bar and bodega showcasing the best of Latin America’s food, wines, spirits, cocktails, coffee, chocolate and cigars. Chef Jose Rubio serves creative modern Latin American cuisine on sharing plates in a relaxed ambience with cool music and friendly service.
The restaurant has a small garden which is ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining (weather permitting!) and for sampling an after-dinner Cuban cigar with a glass of quality aged rum.
The adjacent bodega sells a range of great Latin American wines, spirits, and other food specialities such as single estate coffees, and chocolate. You can also pop in here and order a quick bite to eat-in or take-away at lunchtime.
