It’s certainly got our vote. Since exploding onto The Cut in early 2012 Byron has regularly filled our bellies with what it proudly boasts are “proper burgers”.
Our favourites are the Classic, and when we are feeling fat, the Skinny, which comes burger bap free but with a succulent salad.
The beer list is also something to behold, with unusual names such as Ska Steel Toe Stout, Brewdog 5AM Saint and Old Rascal Cider ready to tempt us into a cheeky lunchtime tipple.
But it’s perhaps the décor which is the most striking thing about the burger bar. Split into sections, it almost looks like three different burger restaurants in one, with separate shop signs above each one.
